LACMA Corporate & Foundation Partnerships Internship

Los Angeles County Museum of Art is currently seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals as Corporate & Foundation Partnerships Interns. This non-compensatory, part-time internship based in Los Angeles, CA.

This is a wonderful program during which interns will acquire first-hand experience in each step of the development process through the fulfillment of foundation grants and corporate sponsorships and experience of LACMA‡s corporate partners evening and other special events.

This 4 months long position is ideal for those who are upper-division students who are currently enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs or recent graduates with experience in communications, art history, business development, or marketing.

The Los Angeles County Museum of Art is an immense museum in the western United States. It possesses more than 142,000 objects that illuminate 6,000 years of artistic expression across the globe. This time, the museum has become a favorite destination for art lovers and attracts nearly a million visitors annually.

Internship Location:

Interns will work in Los Angeles, CA.

Internship Duration:

This program is available for both summer and fall semesters:

Summer semester – May-August

Fall semester – September-December

Internship Benefits:

Interns will be compensated through hand-on experience, skills, training, mentorship, special events.

Eligibility Requirements:

This internship is appropriate for upper-division students who are currently enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs or recent graduates with experience in communications, art history, business development, or marketing and are interested in learning about non-profit arts development, specifically in a museum setting.
