RTI International is currently finding creative, dedicated, and inquisitive students who can partake in its scientific notebook digitization internship. It paid intern role requires four months commitment, from May through August.
Candidates must be ready to work 10 to 40 hours within RTI’s Durham, North Carolina-based office. This program is an experiential and mentored learning experience in which interns can practice and improve their skills while also learning how to work.

RTI International is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing research and technical services. It was formed in 1958 with headquarters in North Carolina. The motive of this organization is to improve the human condition by turning knowledge into practice. It works on several issues related to IV/AIDS, healthcare, education curriculum, and the environment, among others.
This internship will occur in Durham, North Carolina.
This program will last for 4 months.

- Must be a currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in an Information or Library Science program
- Demonstrated knowledge of digitization
- Working knowledge of archival and retrieval of information
- Ability to solve large scale, complex problems.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
