L.A. Times is currently hiring curious and open-minded candidates for the Summer Creative Technologist Internship program starting on June 1, 2021. This placement will be full time, paid and span approximately 12 weeks in Los Angeles, CA.
The program will provide the opportunity to selected candidates to closely observe the newsroom, understand how news is produced, and team up with other interns. In addition, they will gain valuable experience while getting exposure to the media industry.
Candidates who are actively working toward an undergraduate or graduate degree and eligible to work in the U.S. can participate. Graduates are also eligible if they have finished school within six months of the start of the internship.
The Los Angeles Times is the largest metropolitan daily newspaper in the United States. It has more than 1.3 readers.

This position will take place in Los Angeles, CA.

The duration of this program is 12 weeks.

- Must be curious and open-minded
- Have strong problem-solving skills
- Must be actively working toward an undergraduate or graduate degree and must be eligible to work in the U.S or be recent graduates.
