This paid internship is targeted toward providing interns with a learning experience in environmental policy to advance their career development. It will be available on a year-round basis for recent university graduates, graduate students, and rising seniors.

This role will include some responsibilities like assisting the environmental affairs committee, sustainability committee and other committees of CRA with various projects. Through this course, you can get the chance to learn from the experienced plant environmental professionals.

Corn Refiners Association is an American trade association headquartered in Washington, D.C. It has been representing the industry of corn refining through its amazing work since it was founded in 1913. The main work of this company includes the production of corn starch, corn oil, and high fructose corn syrup. It has won the Shorty Industry Award for the best brand redesign.

Washington, D.C. is the chief work location.

Eligibility Requirements:

You will be hired on the basis of the following criteria:

  • Must be recent university graduates and graduate students. Rising seniors performing at an exceptional level will also be considered.
  • Must be working towards a degree in environmental science or policy, agribusiness, environmental engineering, public policy, or related area of study
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Must be organized, with an ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive assignments
  • Must have a genuine interest in policy development.
