Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is now hosting a wonderful internship program for the Summer 2021 and Fall 2021 session, in Washington, DC. This event is open for college and university students with an interest in politics, government, advocacy, or the law.

As a part of this internship program, your responsibilities will be to support the firm‡s government relations activities by covering congressional hearings for clients; writing policy updates for clients; tracking legislation and regulations and other.

From this wonderful internship, all interns can expect a good pay rate of $16 per hour. They will also gain practical work experience in public policy, network with professionals in Washington and develop a deeper understanding of advocacy.

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP is a well-known law firm located in the United States. This time, the firm has 250 attorneys and policy consultants in its 11 offices across the western U.S. and in Washington, D.C.

Internship Location:

This intern will work in Washington, D.C.

Internship Duration:

The program has 3 to 4 months’ duration.

Internship Benefits:

Interns will gain a wage of $16/hour along with practical work experience in public policy, understanding of advocacy, networking opportunities with professionals in Washington.

Eligibility Requirements:

This position requires that the applicants must be enrolled in a college or university, while also maintaining a 3.2 GPA or higher. They must also have capitol Hill or equivalent public policy experience which is preferred, but not required.
