UPMC has a highly competitive full time, paid Product Management Internship within its Pittsburgh, PA office. If you have good management skills, brave ideas, and determination and want to put an impact on the lives of others, then this internship might be helpful for you.
The program will run for 11 weeks throughout the summer of 2021 during which interns will work with interdisciplinary teams and across functional departments to carry out the strategic plan for assigned products or domains.
The purpose of the product management internship program is to help talented students gain experience, training to sharpen skills, remain competitive, formalized mentoring, professional and social networking opportunities.
Candidates, who are first-year students of master of business administration, master of public administration, or master of public health, will be selected for this role.

Eligibility Requirements:
For consideration, please meet the given eligibility criteria.
- Master of business administration, master of public administration, or master of public health 1st-year students with December 2021 – May 2021 anticipated graduation date (Note: Ph.D. or MD preferred for translational sciences product management summer associate)
- Prior experience in product management, healthcare management, or software engineering or design a plus
- Availability to participate in the Summer Associate Program full time, from June to August 2021 for approximately 11 weeks with the minimal absence
