The City and County of San Francisco is accepting resumes from eligible candidates for consideration for the position of Summer Student Intern. This paid program is available in various engineering and architecture disciplines.

This position will mainly be responsible for providing support to in-house engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, planning, surveying, GIS, and IT staff. Participants can gain on-the-job experience under the guidance of experienced professional engineers, architects, planners, and surveyors.

The minimum requirement of this program is that the candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college in required fields in the time of the internship.

Interns will get $29.50 per hour

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for this program, the applicants must be enrolled in the field of engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, planning, computer science/information services program, mathematics, and biology, natural resources or a related field at an accredited university or community college.

Applicants must be returning to their undergraduate program or entering/continuing a graduate program in the fall of 2021. For students that have graduated, an applicant can be appointed to begin work within 6 months after graduation.
