Patagonia Paid Treasury Internship for Summer

Patagonia has brought a wonderful opportunity of interning in the field of treasury for undergraduate students. This is a full-time, paid program that will run for 12 weeks throughout the summer in Ventura, CA.

In this role, you will assist Patagonia‡s treasury analyst across all areas of treasury, ranging from cash management, cash forecast, FX risk management, and a banking project. Moreover, he/she will be given a project that you will have to be completed by the end of the summer.

In return, the program will complement your academic preparation with valuable practical experience that will enhance students‡ professional and professional growth, and provide you good connections that will help you even after the internship.

Patagonia is an American clothing company founded in 1973, in Ventura, California by Yvon Chouinard. The company is headquartered in Ventura, California and known for the transparency of its supply chain, promoting social justice for its workers and creating durable products that are made from recycled, fair trade and organic materials.

This is a summer program that will take 12 weeks.

Eligibility Requirements:

Patagonia requires that all individuals applying for this internship must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be undergraduate students
  • Have previous internship experience (preferred)
  • Must be in pursuit of a degree in accounting and/or finance
  • Have knowledge of US GAAP accounting
  • Have advanced excel and modeling skills
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Be passionate about the environment and committed to saving our home planet
  • Be resilient comfortable and confident with ambiguity and autonomy
  • Be able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Be a problem solver with an analytical and inquisitive mind
