This part-time internship program will benefit interns by providing an understanding of how the Dragons organization is structured, what skills are required to perform the job functions, and what areas in the field of sports interest you most.
It will start in late February and run until October 2021 and interns will get a competitive compensation rate of $8.70/hour. They will work on a variety of projects and in a variety of roles, including, promoting sponsor events, and assisting with first pitches, etc.
The Dayton Dragons are baseball team that plays in the Midwest League based in Dayton, Ohio. It is affiliated with the Cincinnati Reds and one of the most successful sports entertainment franchises in the country.
Internship Location:
This internship is based in Dayton, Ohio.
Internship Duration:
Interns will have to commit for 7 to 8 months.
Internship Benefits:
The internship will provide interns with a competitive compensate rate of $8.70/hour along with training, mentoring, valuable experience, flexible hours.
Eligibility Requirements:
There are no specific requirements however the ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment and be willing to work extra, non-traditional hours.
