International Labour Organization (ILO) is welcoming applications from qualified students across the world for its Regional Office for Africa Internship based in Abidjan Côte d‡Ivoire.

The main objectives of the ROAF Internship are to encourage decent employment opportunities, help young talents gain work experience and skills related to their field of interest, and provide the first-hand impression of the day-to-day working environment of the ILO.

ROAF Internship will run for 3 to 6. To avail this lucky chance, candidates should be enrolled in their final year of the graduate degree program or should have completed such a program no longer than 1 year prior to starting the internship.

Internship Location:

This program will reside in Abidjan Côte d‡Ivoire.

Internship Duration:

The program has a duration of 3 to 6 months.

Internship Benefits:

A stipend to cover basic subsistence costs is paid by the ILO if the intern will not be supported by an institution (university, government or other).

Eligibility Requirements:

To be a part of this amazing opportunity, you need to fulfill all the given eligibility criteria first:

  • A university degree in economics/management/political science / social sciences or related fields.
  • The candidate should be enrolled in their final year of the graduate degree program or should have completed such a program no longer than 1 year ago.
  • Experience in administrative coordination, as well as program management, would be an advantage.
  • Fluency (both oral and written) in French or English good knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
