If the applicant is interested in working as the IPTV intern, then the student will assist the digital signage staff, and the post will report to the digital signage manager. If the selected applicant is interested in working as a social media intern, then the responsibility is to assist the social media coordinator in the development and creation of content. If the individual is going for the desktop development, then the task assigned is to assist with the support of telephones, phone systems, and cell phones. All the work must be completed in a timely manner. The applicant must be able to commit at least 6 months in order to complete the program.

Responsibilities
IPTV Intern
- Perform all the administrative tasks.
- Support the deployment of new DMP hardware via Cisco Vision.
- Supports the venue events at the AT&T Stadium as well as the Ford Center at The Star.
- Group and zone the manipulation
- Script editing and creation.
- System health check and other verification.
- Content ingestion.
Social Media Intern
- Assist the social media coordinator in the development and creation.
- Distribute the content across all the social media platforms.
- Assist in implementing and scheduling a weekly, monthly, and daily social media calendar.
- Engage and Monitor communication with fans across all the social media platforms in real time.
- Cover the real time events and other important functions.
Desktop Support Intern
- Work with the technology staff to the field basic trouble tickets and service requests.
- Assist with the support of telephone, phone system and cell phones.
- Distribute new laptops and PC‡s as the part of the annual computer refresh program.
- Plan, implement and design the special projects at the direction of the IT staff.
- Assisting in improving the efficiency of the Cowboys IT organizations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Internship Eligibility
- The person must be at least 18 years in age
- The candidate must be enrolled in accredited college or university to obtain the degree with any relevant major.
- Prior experience will be given preference.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, Office.
- Must be a team player and flexible enough to pursue the tasks on time.
- Must be humble, diligent and resourceful.
Location
The location for the internship program in Frisco, TX. The internship provided by the company will be completed in an office environment.
Duration of Internship
The program offered by the company is for 6 months, and the student must stay here in the company for the full-time duration.
