The successful candidate for this position will assist the Remarketing Financial and Business Control team through:

Inventory Management
Logistics coordination
Finance interface
Used Equipment Fleet audit

Roles:

PO creation, submission, verification
Machine and rental invoicing
Work order review
Data Research and analytics
Fleet audit
Main Tasks / Responsibilities / Authorities:

Remarketing Financial and Business Control tasks: PO creation and submission, logistics, work order review,
Remarketing inventory audit – confirm hours, physical locations, specs
Development of reporting forms on UE market values, UE market dynamics and Dealer sales performance to VCE Management
Support of Export Sales functions to include POs and processes

Minimum Education and Experience:

Student must be currently enrolled and pursuing a degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, at an accredited school and have completed 30 semester hours prior to the start of the internship
Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
Interns may work up to 30 hours per week during the spring semester
Computer literate, Microsoft Office Advanced Module Competence, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Good aptitude for Remarketing Systems & Processes

For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $16.00 – $46.00. The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
