Role/Responsibilities
The Leadership Academy intern will play a key role in the curation, development and design of Leadership Academy content. The individual will also participate in strategic projects such as our New Hire Orientation Program, Moody‡s front line leader program–Leadership Essentials program, and Moody‡s 360 Feedback and Development Process— Leadership Insights. The Leadership Academy intern will also participate in the development of new initiatives e.g., women‡s development programming, DE&I training, junior officer retention programs. Finally, the Leadership Academy intern will work with the team on data analytics from our programs and processes to help create meaningful insights and understand forward looking trends to inform future projects.

Internship Responsibilities:

Understand project needs to provide program curriculum improvements and recommendations.
Aid in the deployment and enhancement of the Moody‡s 360 feedback process.
Partner with Leadership Academy Team to enhance our content and web presence on MINT, Moody‡s Intranet, to market our offerings and highlight the employee engagement points.
Identify opportunities to leverage metrics and data to reach target audiences and track impact analytics.
Partner with the Leadership Academy and Moody‡s University team on other projects and duties to support the implementation of best-in-class solutions.
Provide coordination and communications support on numerous programs across the Leadership Academy team including Moody‡s Leadership Essentials and top/diverse talent programs.
Qualifications
Qualifications Required:Pursuing an Master‡s degree, preferably in human resources, psychology, organizational psychology or a discipline with a strong focus on learning and leadership development.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 PowerPoint and Excel and ability to learn and use various social media platforms and collaboration tools e.g., Slack, LinkedIn, SharePoint.
Experience converting complex data analyses and qualitative narratives into meaningful visualizations and narratives.
Ability to research and synthesize information on a range of topics for multiple audience types.
Disciplined self-starter; resourceful and able to prioritize (and re-prioritize) in a fast-paced and hybrid environment with shifting objectives.
Skilled in collaborating as part of a team and working independently to deliver results.
Can communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with confidence at all levels and in a range of formats and channels.
Enthusiastic about Leadership Development, assessment and coaching, and learning program development.
Preferred:

Previous work/internship experience in a corporate setting, preferably with some Human Resources experience
Strong knowledge of learning and leadership development.
Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
Strong project management skills.
Pursuing Graduate Degree in Organizational Psychology or related
