ITW Welding is seeking an experienced recruiting professional to take the lead over the Internship Program which spans across the Welding Segment.

What you will do and Impact:

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:Drive diversity and inclusive-focused campus recruitment strategies.
Foster educational and community partnerships to attract top talent for internships and early-career positions.
Ensure a fair and inclusive interview and selection process to create an exceptional candidate experience.
Implement initiatives to increase diversity in the summer internship program and drive increased intern conversion rates.
Recruitment Strategy and Partnerships:Prepare and execute annual campus recruitment strategies.
Build strategy to identify, execute, and measure success through selection of school partners with a focus on attracting diverse top talent.
Collaborate with ITW’s Talent Management Team for campus events, internships, and other recruitment efforts.
Coordinate campus recruitment initiatives, establishing internal campus teams for key colleges.
Develop consistent presentation and promotional materials for recruitment events.
Lead summer internship program to drive valuable experiences for interns and meet ITW enterprise conversion goals for entry level positions.
Full Life Cycle Recruitment:Organize and implement efficient interview and selection processes for interns and new grads.
Focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience to attract the best talent.
Champion company culture throughout the candidate experience.
What you need to do to be successful in this role:

Travel up to 75% during annual recruitment season.
Strong ability with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Successful navigation of this role involves effectively gathering and analyzing data and statistics, then presenting your discoveries in a clear and compelling manner to senior leaders.
Proactive problem-solver, adept at swiftly identifying issues and generating innovative solutions.
Outstanding organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and confidently managing multiple tasks with finesse.
Independent ownership of responsibilities and strong collaboration skills, all carried out with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
Being adaptable and capable of gracefully managing changing priorities while meeting the varied needs of the intern program.
The ability to remain composed under pressure and work effectively with minimal direction.
Qualifications:

Bachelor‡s degree preferred, associate degree and equivalent experience considered.
2 years of recruiting experience, with a preferred campus recruiting involvement.
