As an intern on our Human Resources team, you will work across a team of Talent professionals to support projects building inclusion and leadership capability.
Responsibilities:
· Work cross-functionally within and outside of HR team to identify opportunities, make recommendations, collect feedback, and iterate solutions
· Program management for employee and leader rollout of the Inclusive Leader Model, including managing an action plan, analyzing feedback and results, and creating supplemental tools to address gaps.
· Collect and analyze internal/external data to provide recommendations for a Manager Capabilities Framework
Report out to business leaders, HR functional leaders and HR Business Partners and strategize on sustainment methods

Qualifications:
· Bachelor‡s Degree in Business, Psychology, or other related field
· Current Master‡s student in Human Resources, Business, or other related field
· Demonstrated commitment to building an inclusive environment and human-centric leadership capability
