Thursday November 30, 2023Ameren Services provides administrative support and services to Ameren Corporation and its operating companies, subsidiaries and affiliates. Nearly 1,400 employees serve the company with business planning, communications, diversity, financial support, human resources, information technology, legal counsel, safety and supply services.

The Leadership & Organization Effectiveness team is responsible for the design, development and delivery of key talent processes, including: onboarding, learning & development, listening strategy, performance management process, mentoring, succession, change management and culture work.

This position is open to either a May – August 2024 Intern or May to December 2024 Co-op.

Qualifications:
Must be a current student pursuing a degree in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Instructional Design or other relevant major from an accredited college or university is required
Cumulative GPA of 2.5 is required but a 3.0 or higher is preferred
Key responsibilities:
Support our Leadership Development Program, Listening Strategy, and onboarding programs
Partner with our Analytics teams to understand future workforce opportunities
 In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:

Strong written, oral and presentation skills. Exceptional financial acumen. Ability to manage multiple analyses simultaneously, balance details against “big picture” issues and think critically to solve complex problems.  Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable with significant stakeholder interactions across all levels of the organization. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and be able to work independently or collaboratively to achieve goals. Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Location: 
This position is based out of the Ameren Headquarters in downtown St. Louis, Missouri.  The work arrangement is hybrid.
