Practical Law, a Thomson Reuters business, is looking for an intern who has completed their first or second year at an ABA-accredited law school to work with our Real Estate team.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Practical Law Real Estate Intern you will:
Engage in quality assurance with respect to Practical Law content.
Assist editors in writing new content, including legal updates.
Summarize changes to primary law.
Provide additional support, as needed.
About You
You‡re a fit for the role of a Practical Law Real Estate Summer Intern if you:
Demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Demonstrate an ability to interpret, analyze, organize, and express complex legal material quickly and accurately.
Have an impressive command of grammar, punctuation, and plain English.
Consistently pay strong attention to detail and have good organizational skills.
Can work independently, consistently meet deadlines, and achieve individual objectives within larger team projects.
Have experience using Westlaw and Microsoft Office products.
Have experience or an interest in real estate law.
