U.S. Department of Justice Volunteer Legal Internship – Spring 2020

U.S. Department of Justice is now offering a spring Volunteer Legal Internship for law students looking to advance their resume and gain professional experience. This program is based at Executive Office for Immigration Review Office in Falls Church, VA.

This internship offers excellent exposure to the legal and policy considerations involved in the operation of an executive branch agency.  Throughout the duration, interns will work on a variety of projects under the direct supervision of the associate general counsels in the office.

Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants must be law students as well as U.S. citizens and have been physically present in the United States for 36 out of the last 60 months by the start date of the internship unless they qualify for certain limited exceptions.
