Ripken Baseball is very happy to inform you that it has started to accept applications for the post of baseball operations internship. This vacant position is a paid and summer intern program that will be held in Aberdeen, Maryland.
Hired candidates will work for six months, from March through August. Successful interns will have the responsibility of assisting with all phases of the baseball operations at the Ripken Experience in Aberdeen, MD.
This summer/spring program will take interest in selecting those who want to work in the sports industry, and of course with Ripken Baseball. Through this course, interns will acquire knowledge of and training in management, coaching, and working on challenging projects.

It is for 6 months.

Eligibility Requirements:
Check out the eligibility criteria you need to fulfill to avail this chance:
- Baseball or softball experience with a strong understanding of fundamentals, and interest in coaching
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior experience working with children and exhibiting the ability to be patient and understanding
- An outgoing, friendly personality, excellent communication skills, time management skills, strong initiative, and high level of energy
- Ability and willingness to physically perform all job responsibilities
- Strong detail-orientation, with the ability to problem-solve
- Ability to work from March-August. Work schedule will vary; nights and weekends will be required
- Ability and willingness to be on the road traveling across the United States non-stop from mid-March through the end of June.
