PHEAA Paralegal Internship for Spring 2021

PHEAA is now searching for motivated and young students to work within its legal services division as paralegal interns. This is a full-time and paid internship opportunity that will begin in spring and be based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

The responsibility of this role will include working as part of a team to provide paralegal services to corporate counsel by performing legal analysis, and drafting of form legal documents, letters, and memoranda.

This program is one of the best ways to gain an understanding of how PHEAA works as a business, and acquire experience in the legal field. Completion of this program can improve your chances of being hired by a top law firm and will give you the skills most important for working as a paralegal.

PHEAA is also known as Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency which is a student aid organization founded in 1963 by the Pennsylvania General Assembly. It is serving millions of students and thousands of schools through its loan guaranty, loan servicing, financial aid processing, outreach, and other student aid programs.

Interns will join Harrisburg, Pennsylvania-based office.

Internship Benefits:

Interns will be provided a competitive salary rate of 11.50 USD. Apart from salary, interns will gain hands-on experience and new skills by working on real projects; polish their expertise through mentorship and guidance; join training and learning session and also establish good connections with employers.

Eligibility Requirements:

The candidates who are currently enrolled in a paralegal certification program, associate‡s degree or bachelor‡s degree paralegal program from an ABA-approved program will be selected for this wonderful role.
