NATO Internship Programs

NATO is currently welcoming applications for internship openings in different fields, from university-level students and recent university graduates. By providing internship NATO is targeting to create a more diverse environment by engaging interns of different nationalities, cultures, and backgrounds.

This opportunity will offer students an opportunity to work with the NCI Agency international community; primarily The Hague, Mons or Brussels, and other NCI Agency locations.

Furthermore, interns will be compensated at a fixed rate of €1069.58 in Belgium and €1131.25 in The Netherlands per month, based on 38 hours of work per week. Programs will run between 3 to 10 months.

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization, in short NATO, is a military alliance between 29 American and European countries.

Internship Location:

Internship programs will be based in Belgium, Netherlands, and Turkey.

Internship Duration:

Interns will have to provide a commitment to work for 3 to 10 months.

Internship Benefits:

All participants will be compensated at a fixed rate of €1069.58 in Belgium and €1131.25 in The Netherlands per month, based on 38 hours of work per week. They will also be provided travel expenses incurred upon taking up and returning to their home country upon completion of the internship.

Eligibility Requirements:

To successfully participate in this program, candidates must be nationals of NATO member nations. They must be currently studying towards a university-level degree or be recent university graduates and be proficient in the use of the English language, both written and oral.
