Business Unit Overview
WB Technology combines Warner Bros.’ industry-leading technologists and disciplines to ensure global alignment with business strategy and accelerated delivery of innovative technology solutions studio- and industry-wide. From pre-production through archiving, the WBT organization will provide critical business and technology intelligence and services to all Studio business units. WBT manages the Studio’s enterprise systems and solutions, emerging platforms, information security, consumer intelligence, content mastering and delivery, and more.
Warner Bros. Pictures seeks an Intern, Tech Ops Localization for the Content Technology & Ops- T&L: Global Localization department. This position is part of a high functioning global team responsible for localizing Warner Bros. content, including some of the biggest franchises in the world; Wizarding World and the DC Universe. The group covers features, marketing, television, games, and short form content.
The role of the Localization Team Intern will be divided in to two parts:
1. Theatrical Feature and Advertising Material Coordination
2. WB Television Fall Season Launch.
The Localization Team Intern will assist with the prep, planning and scheduling of these two major milestones in our content release year.
Support the Theatrical Features and AdPub team to prepare WB Theatrical content for trailer debuts and theatrical feature release.
Asset monitoring and tracking for localization.
Facilitate purchase orders.
Set-up project folders and surveys.
Support the Content Localization Teams prepare for WBTV Fall dubbing and subtitling launches to support global television distribution.
Organize and track preliminary material requests.
Organize and track accelerated show requests.
Set-up Creative Brief templates for new shows, shared folders, cast lists, etc.
Across the full term of the internship:

Bring ideas for change to the conversation.
Some College preferred with emphasis on technology support for localization, media, digital marketing, or related area.
Technically minded with a keen interest in new technologies.
Fluency in additional languages a plus.
Adept with both Mac and PC operating systems, relevant office applications and software such as Adobe Premiere is desired.
Ability to work well both as an individual and in a team with an outgoing nature and ability to show patience in stressful and fast-paced situations.
Ability to work independently on projects and report findings to management.
Navigation of content management systems.
Timely and clear communication.
Possessing a strong work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality.
