Job Description

The internship length is at least 6 months. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to owning the data engineering and software development activities that are assigned.

Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations Automation (MSOA) is seeking a Software Application Intern. Preferably the candidate will be available for at least 6 months. Some responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, defining developing highly scalable, secure and user friendly web solutions solutions to designated problems. This role will give exposure to the developing, testing, and debugging software applications that may be used by end-users or integrated with other MSOA applications. This role will provide candidate exposure to a diverse range of projects and technologies.

The internship length is at least 6 months. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Owning the data engineering and software development activities that are assigned.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills
  • Good communication (written and verbal) abilities,
  • Self-motivation / the willingness to work effectively with limited direct supervision.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Software, Engineering, Computer Scientist or related field.
  • 3+ months experience with Programming languages such as C/C++/Python and/or SQL or other database experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $40,000.00-$108,000.00 (Hourly Role)
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
