Summer Internship (June-August 2020)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing, implementing, securing and maintaining Skyworks RHEL engineering computer servers in its global development and production NIS environments.
Identifying and analyzing any server and network performance issues and to work closely with support and design teams to improve efficiency and productivity.
Supporting Linux RHEL system install, management, and monitor the engineering design environments.
Writing and modifying automation scripts for design simulation jobs running in a Load Sharing application.
Developing, maintaining, and customizing web applications and manage internal website
Developing and overseeing backup, replication, clustering and failover strategies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently enrolled in BA/BS or MS program studying Computer Science Engineering with an emphasis in software development
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communications skills
Experience with OS Environments: Unix/Linux (RHEL)
Shell scripting
