About the team

Customer Business Support (CBS) is part of Global CS Services Operations which reports to the Global CS COO Group under Robin Manherz.

Mission: Reduce the effects of internal complexity so that Services Sales and Delivery can focus on Customers Success.

Goal: Increase Services Sales Productivity and Delivery Operations Accuracy
