About the team
SAP is creating a new Sustainability team to help our customers navigate and prosper in a world that faces the existential threat of Climate Change. SAP‡s vision is to enable customers to successfully transform their businesses into intelligent, sustainable enterprises. Collaborating closely with our customers and partners, we help to optimize their material, financial, and energy flows throughout end-to-end business processes in order to address planetary challenges. SAP‡s strategy is to leverage SAP‡s strengths to help our customers improve their Triple Bottom Lines. As such, the Sustainability Intern will help drive actionable projects that improve the outcomes of Profit/ Planet/ People, working directly with the Chief Sustainability Officer for LAC and diverse teams.
What you‡ll do:
Actively monitoring industry news and market trends in order to best serve client‡s needs
Assess the impact of current and emerging industry-specific ESG risks and opportunities faced by companies
Coordinate with the team on various regional events
Acquire the ability to work transversely with multiple company areas on sustainability initiatives
Gather and analyze data and information to summarize into recommendations in the context of sustainability
Support coordination of multiple projects and partnerships
