SAIC has openings for Organizational Change Management Interns. The ideal candidates will live in either Huntsville, AL or Reston, VA and will be able to work a Hybrid Remote schedule.

Are you looking for a challenging internship opportunity where you can support employees with successfully adjusting to change as a result of SAIC‡s digital transformation efforts? Join our team as a Change Management Intern in SAIC‡s Infrastructure Enablement Business Office (IEBO) Organization where you will help address the people side of change to achieve desired outcomes.  IEBO supports change management activities related to introducing new systems, tools, or applications and enhancements to existing technologies.  The preferred candidate for this role is someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and has extremely strong communication and analysis skills.

Job Responsibilities: 

Work as a core member of the Change Management team as a planning and tactical resource for activities supporting change management in SAIC‡s Infrastructure Enablement Organization
Conduct stakeholder analysis and assist in developing a change management plan that addresses key stakeholders and employee needs
Create resources to be used by SAIC employees that support change efforts to include instructional documentation, instructional videos, and other creative content
Strategically draft communications to inform employees of new technology and changes to existing technology
Host and conduct live training sessions to provide information to SAIC employees so they feel equipped to utilize technology and applications to their greatest potential
Build reports and analyze data to help measure adoption of various systems and applications
Qualifications: 

Enrolled in or graduating from an undergraduate or graduate program in Communications, Marketing, Business, Organizational Development, Change Management, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Government and Politics, Information Technology or related field
Ability to be productive and engaged in a remote/hybrid working environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can turn technical information into easily understandable terms
Strong presenting and public speaking skills
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Must be a proactive and engaged member of our team who is willing to learn and be coachable
U.S. Citizenship status required
Desired Skills: 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Experience editing and creating videos with Snagit, Camtasia, Vyond, or other editing software
Experience with creating graphic design elements with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools

Target salary range: $25,001 – $50,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
