    Risk Management
    – Holistically Identifies, Assesses, And Prepares For
    Any Dangers, Hazards, And Other Potentials For Disaster – Both Physical
    And Figurative – That May Interfere With An Organization’s Operations And
    Objectives.
  • Investigations
    & Corporate Fraud
    – Investigates Alleged Fraud Initiated By
    Employees, Our Vendors, Or Credit Union Employees; Maintains System To
    Monitor Activity For Potential Inappropriate Behavior, And Manages The
    Overall Incident Response During A Major Event.
  • Vendor
    Risk Management
    – Provides On-Going Support To Pscu In Various
    Disciplines Related To Third Party Vendors; The Primary Functions Include
    Vendor Onboarding, Vendor Governance, And Vendor Contract Administration.
  • Regulatory
    Compliance
    – Responsible For Developing, Maintaining, And Overseeing
    The Management Of The Compliance Program, Which Is Designed To Ensure That
    Transactions And Operating Procedures Are Conducted In Compliance With
    Regulatory Requirements, Industry Standards, Enterprise Risk Standards,
    And Internal Policies And Procedures; Developing Training And Education
    Programs For Regulatory Changes And Topics Identified As Potential Risk
    Areas; And Maintaining An Awareness Of Current Laws, Statutes, And
    Regulations That Impact Pscu And Our Owner Credit Unions.
  • Legal
    – Create Or Assess, Negotiate, And Execute All Client, Vendor, And
    Partner Contracts That Require Legal Review.

    – Helps Prepare Pscu Business Units To Respond To, And If
    Necessary, Recover From Any Type Of Business Continuity Event.

The Intern Will Collaborate With The Enterprise Risk
Management And Regulatory Compliance Teams Within The Enterprise Risk Office
To, Among Other Things:

  • Collaborate
    With Risk Champions, Risk Owners, And/Or Business Unit Leaders In Participation
    Of Risk Assessments, Including Analysis Of Stated Controls, Identifying
    Gaps, And Facilitating The Creation Of Management Action Plans.
  • Gather
    And Analyze Organizational Risk Information To Support Necessary Inputs
    Into, And Deliverables Related To, The Risk Management Committee Meetings
    And Related Reporting.
  • Provide
    Necessary Risk Register Updates And Related Analysis To Allow Consistent
    And Accurate Risk Reporting.
  • Work
    With Pscu Business Units To Draft And/Or Revise Internal Policies And
    Procedures.
  • Develop,
    And/Or Gather Insights Into, Key Reporting Metrics And/Or Key Risk
    Indicators.
  • Implement
    Pscu’s New Governance, Risk, And Compliance (Grc) Solution/Platform.
  • Conduct
    Research On A Wide Variety Of Regulatory Compliance And/Or Enterprise Risk
    Matters Impacting Pscu Or The Financial Services Industry.
  • Perform

In This 10-Week Program, Where You Will Not Only Work On
A Specific Project That You Would Own Within Your Specific Department But Will
Also Receive Key Learnings In Finance, Six Sigma, Sdi, Gallup Strengths,
Interviewing And Resume Building And Credit Union Principles. You Also Get To
Meet With Our Ceo And The Rest Of Our Executive Team, And Former Interns That
Have Been Converted To Full-Time Employees At Pscu. In Addition To These
Opportunities, You And Your Intern Cohort Will Plan And Host A Volunteer Event.
For The Remaining Time, You’ll Work In A Specific Core Function In Our St.
Petersburg Headquarters Based On Your Interests And Interview Results. In
Addition To Your Daily Work, You’ll Be Participating Leadership Development
Sessions And Interacting With Pscu’s Senior Leadership Teams.
