What you will do 

Johnson Controls invites you to apply for an internship located in Milwaukee, Wi. This internship is designed to provide you with a positive work/training experience and challenging objectives. Specific identified internship responsibilities are outlined below.

How you will do it:  

Will be responsible to do dashboarding for Sales pipelines and maintain SFDC hygiene.
Support team in the preparation of enablement materials, user manual, and assist in Rollout and Support of new enablement initiatives.
Provide business analysis and business-related issue resolution to all cross-functional teams
You will have to project manage building Digital Community initiatives in JCI.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What we look for 

Required Qualifications: 

MBA candidate FY 2021
Experience in Financial, Operations or Digital industry preferred but not mandatory.
Digitally Savvy, Keen learner, flexible.
Innovative & Goal Oriented.
Being proficient in presentation and report production
Strong interest and In sync with new trends in Digital technology.
Strong team-player, ability to multi-task.
Have a strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build cordial and effective working relationships with people at all levels
Is a self-starter and self-motivated individual with a flair for problem-solving
Experienced in related industry, e.g. in terms of finance, business development, marketing, business analytics, digital transformation project management, finance analyst.
Strong knowledge of project finance, costing, estimation, particularly revenue recognition policies.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly in POWERPOINT, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, TEAMS, “POWER-BI”
U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
Where legally permissible, if hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than his/her start date, unless candidate has a valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief precluding, he/she from receiving the vaccine.

Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred
