Each internship experience is custom designed to best suit individual needs and interests with seminars, specialized learning activities, volunteer opportunities and social events.

We are currently seeking a 2020 Summer Intern on our Customer Care team to be based out of our Des Plaines, IL location. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Assist with process mapping and completing Excel projects related to SAP integration
Create and submit ECHO Sales contests for two months
Create Salesforce Reports and conducts audits on Salesforce data

To be successful in this role, candidates:

Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree and remain fully enrolled in the Intern Program for the duration of the summer
Will consider students in their sophomore year, junior year or seniors graduating December 2020
Knowledge of Microsoft Office-proficient in Excel, Salesforce knowledge a plus
Ideal candidate will have a career interest in customer care

Internship Start Dates: Monday May 18th or Tuesday May 26th
