Job Responsibilities

Intern in the area of Customer Delivery, you would
Be able to work in one of the biggest IT companies
Work in an international environment with experienced colleagues
Gain insight into the end to end operations including documents, billing and equipment returns

Team player and able to solve problems with analytical thinking
Experience with MS Office and project work (including university and non-university projects wise)
Very good verbal and written communication skills
Education and Experience Required:

Currently pursuing a college degree Business Administration, Finance or Economics as a 2nd year complete student
0-1 year experience in relevant technologies and customer environments.
Relevant industry qualification where applicable.
Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported.
Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Superior customer service skills.
Phone and remote support experience. E-support experience.
