We are looking for interns in each of the following practices:
M&A, Crisis & Special Situations: Our Special Situations specialists advise companies on event-driven communications when confronted with critical situations. Our professionals take a campaign-like approach to these challenges, closely coordinating with management teams, as well as legal, financial and other advisors to provide strategic counsel on all aspects of internal and external communications.
Corporate Reputation: We help companies define and promote their corporate brand, elevate the values underlying that brand and protect it when threatened by both internal and external challenges. Our specialists use tailored corporate reputation services that deliver credible and consistent messages to priority stakeholders through a variety of channels.
Public Affairs & Govt Relations: In political capitals and regulatory centers, we organize and implement results-focused, research-driven political messaging campaigns that support business objectives, are informed by corporate communications strategies and are aligned with capital markets communications to shape debate; conditioning the environment for favorable policy outcomes.
Capital Markets: With an in-depth understanding of what the investment community wants and needs, FTI Consulting helps corporate leaders navigate through moments of transition, deliver a consistent and credible corporate narrative to the market, engage with Wall Street and cultivate a growing shareholder base.
People & Change: Our People & Change team designs and implements internal communications and engagement programs to enlighten and involve employees on a global, regional or local level. We help increase employee understanding of business strategy and build leadership credibility in situations, including new strategy or vision introduction, mergers and acquisitions, operating model changes, outsourcing or insourcing, workforce consolidation or reduction, and restructuring or reorganization, among others.
