Practice Area Profile
What You’ll Do
Growth Architects are responsible for incubating growth thinking into our ventures at every stage, from ideation to customer adoption. They continuously seek to evolve the industry standard for growth marketing best practices, rapidly inventing transformative new strategies to validate, launch, and scale ventures. Their work spans across product, marketing, and technology, and they drive successful growth by leveraging the symbiotic relationship that exists between them. Through a hypothesis-driven, rapid test and learn approach, they strategize, implement, and execute go-to-market activities that ensure best in class customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
Growth Architects will:
Help shape growth strategy and contribute to holistic marketing execution and optimization for one of our digital businesses
Help drive a multi-channel growth strategy based on product needs: SEO/ASO, SEM, DSPs, social paid and community/influencer development, word of mouth, email marketing, push notifications, traditional, mobile native and web, programmatic display, etc.
Define, execute, analyze, and optimize tests (A/B, multi-variate, matched market)
Contribute to sprint-planning
Work with product and design to provide expert perspective on market viability, viral hooks, and scale
Leverage personal network and knowledge of digital tools to drive competitive advantage
Convert insights into action – see customer acquisition process through from ideation to execution
Define and validate core KPIs, such as cost per metrics, retention, ROI and LTV to drive the business
Contribute to vetting and building out our marketing tech stack partnerships
Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity
What You’ll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
2+ years of digital marketing experience in one or more of the below:
actively acquiring users for a digital start-up
scaling mature digital businesses through cross-channel user acquisition and retention initiatives
experience in a marketing or a growth role at a marketing/media agency, start-up, or client-side proliferating consumer facing digital products and services
Proven success leveraging data to derive actionable insight
A passion for building, bringing to market, and scaling digital products and services
Entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our digital growth initiatives and promote digital growth within the company
Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actions
Agile working style with the ability to balance and pivot between multiple tasks
Attention to detail and ability to think critically about assigned work items and how they fit in the overall strategy
Additional desired experience:
Certification in or extensive hands-on experience with key Ad Tech platforms such as Demand Side Platforms (DSP), DMPs, ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
Experience in B2B marketing
Currently enrolled in an MBA program (or a marketing or business adjacent Master‡s Program) graduating between December 2024 and September 2025
