As an IT service desk intern, you will provide outrageous client service using a combination of effective communication and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and fulfill requests, both over the phone and desk side.

In this role, you will prepare daily risk reports that summarize the firm‡s inventory of securities holdings that sit on the firm‡s balance sheet.
