The key responsibility of the GIS analyst intern position will be to perform geographic data processing and analysis, raster and image analysis and classification, geospatial modeling and quality control.

Air Products expects that the GIS analyst intern must have at least following experience and education:
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Geography, Geology, Geographic information systems, GIScience
- Proficiency in ESRI platform is essential
- Understanding of statistics and the ability to write scripts using R, Python, and other common scripting language is desirable
- Background in image analysis and experience with Recognition software is a plus
