Description and Requirements
Motorola North America (NA) brand partnerships aim to generate brand awareness of the company‡s products and services by investing in high-profile properties with major viewership. These partnerships are also leveraged for VIP entertainment to engage with customers, consumers and employees. We are proud to sponsor five men‡s professional sports teams, four tennis tournaments and six tennis players.
We are looking for a Summer 2024 Intern to join our team! This role is based out of our Chicago office and will require onsite presence.
Responsibilities:
- Support activation of sponsorship deals
- Serve as on-site contact/Motorola representative at consumer events associated with sponsored properties (teams, events, players)
Prepare marketing materials - Compile details of each event identifying pre-determined metrics (number of attendees, lead generations, P&L, etc.)
- Submit creative request forms for marketing campaigns
- Act as liaison between designers and approvers to ensure delivery to the end-user
- Providing administrative assistance such as shipping items/materials, coordinating calendars, organizing merchandise, taking meeting minutes, etc.
Requirements:
- Hybrid work schedule – 3 days in office/week
- Ability to travel to and from local events
- Currently obtaining a Bachelors Degree
- Familiar with Google Suite
- Experience using different social media platforms
- Required to use a Motorola smart phone as primary device during the duration of internship (a device will be provided)
