What does ITW Air Flow Management do?

ITW Air Flow Management delivers differentiated value to the North American Automotive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) by addressing industry trends of autonomous driving, display integration and customized environments.  We are a producer of interior components such as Pressure Relief Valves (PRVs) and Air Registers bringing in approximately $88M of revenue.

We are part of a division with 3 locations and approximately 530+ employees in North America.  Our manufacturing location are in Westminster, MA and Reynosa, Mexico.  In addition, our Sales, Engineering and Product Development team are located in Troy, MI. This role will be in our Troy Facility.

Westminster is a focused manufacturing location of Pressure Relief Valves.  We are on a journey to be best in class and a center of excellence in manufacturing by focusing on high volume, highly automated molding and assembly processes.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Engineering intern to join our Troy, MI Facility on site. The engineering intern should be motivated and knowledge thirsty. This intern will be able to experience a variety of functions within the engineering teams.

Job Duties:

Assist with testing and creating test reports
Opportunity to learn and use design skills
Gain trouble shooting and problem solving techniques
Support the application, design and innovation engineers on daily tasks
Help research new and innovative tools to help the engineering teams operate at a high level
