Become part of the cutting-edge E-Core microprocessor design team focused on innovating high performance and low power microprocessor solutions. The E-Core team has a strong history of fast paced IPC growth coupled with extreme efficiency excelling in high performance per Watt per unit area microprocessors. Our processor designs service a wide variety of products including desktops, servers, laptops, and numerous other product families.
As an RTL Design Engineer Graduate Intern in the E-Core microprocessor design team, you will be responsible for developing and debugging RTL level description of high performance and low power microprocessor.
Responsibilities will include although not limited to:
- Coding the RTL for new micro-architectural features.
- Debugging the RTL of existing micro-architectural features.
- Coding validation checkers for micro-architectural features.
- Scripting support of the design tasks.
- Timing analysis for speed path fixing.
- Power analysis and fixing.
- Other microprocessor related design tasks.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must be pursuing a Master‡s program with a focus on Electrical/Computer Engineering and 3+ months experience in the following areas:
3+ months of experience with:Basic Logic Design

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
