Job Description
In this position, you will be an intern in the Power Delivery research team within Intel Labs. As an intern you will be researching and designing circuits and developing concepts for on die power conversion, power distribution, and voltage regulation. You will perform circuit design, modeling, simulations and analysis to validate assumptions evaluate performance, efficiency of the on-die power conversion circuits.
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

Qualifications
- You must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate must be pursuing a Ph. D. degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in power conversion circuits/topology design and analysis, mixed signal circuit design and analysis, power delivery control modeling and analyses.
Preferred Qualifications:
Course work and theoretical background in Power Electronics, Power converters, DC-DC regulation is highly desired.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
