Team: Our Secure Space Technology and Global Badging Charter team serves as experts in securing our spaces through access control and camera deployment in over 50 data centers and 90 offices globally. We are a unique and diverse team that has experience in data center engineering, construction project management, and auditing, to name a few. We partner with many different external and internal partners such as integrators, Legal, Data Center Engineering, Real Estate, etc.
With the backing of our Global Safety & Security (GS&S) leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of our new case management tool and quality assurance program of that tool. While assisting, you will also be tasked with networking opportunities to grow your network and build mentorships within Salesforce.
Internship:
As an intern, you can expect to partner with GS&S teams (6-10 different teams) to build “what good looks like” for case management tickets. Then, you will implement this with a quality assurance process to grade tickets and provide updates to leaders with in the GS&S group to drive effectiveness, service, and efficiencies.
Required Qualifications:
- Enrolled and working towards obtaining a BS/MS/PhD in Information Systems or related field.
- Please note that in order to be eligible for an internship, we require that you be returning to school the following quarter/semester to work towards completing your degree
- Must be attending a College or University in North America
- Project management experience
- Google Slides/Docs/Sheets or related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Quality assurance experience
- Tableau/Salesforce CRM analytics/reporting experience
