To qualify if you’re an undergraduate student, you must be a rising junior or senior during summer of 2024. If you’re a graduate student, you must complete your degree in the 2024-2025 academic year.

We’re based in San Francisco and we’ve got one of the best technical writing teams in the business. We work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and usability guides to make the Salesforce application easier to use. We write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, developer guides; we build Trailhead online learning tutorials , videos, and other user assistance to help customers use a variety of business applications. You’re a phenomenal match if you’re self-directed, passionate about technology, and are interested in producing high-quality documentation. You‡ll learn innovative technical communication tools and Agile methodologies to build a career!
Responsibilities:
Build and update documentation and user assistance for Salesforce products.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Enrolled and working towards acquiring a BS or MS in a communications, technical, or scientific area of study. Please note that in order to be eligible for an internship, we require that you be returning to school the following quarter/semester to work towards completing your degree
- Must be attending a college or university in USA
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to enforce to styles and processes
Ability to learn new technologies quickly - Focus on quality and details
- Strong teammate
- Customer advocate
Experience/Skills Desired:
- Knowledge of XML or HTML
- Experience with authoring and publishing tools
- Experience with video and image editing software
