The RF Analog org offers a variety of teams for interns to join including RFIC Design, RF Printed Circuit Board Design, RF Front-End Engineering, RFA / Connectivity and Power Management. As an RF/Analog Design Intern you’ll have the opportunity to push the boundaries of what exists and establish the new standards for tomorrow. Project opportunities span 5G mmWave, Transceiver performance analysis and optimization, RFIC / Analog Design, PA architectures, RF microwave design, power amplifiers, WLAN / Blue Tooth LNAs, ADC / DAC, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a bachelor‡s, master‡s, or Ph.D. degree program in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
Must be available for 11 – 14 weeks during Summer 2024 (May-September) with a graduation date of December 2024 or later
Academic project experience in at least one or more of the following areas:
RF / Analog design, RFIC, RF Matching Network
Knowledge of S-Parameters, Digital Communication systems, Noise Figure, Linearity (IP3), Impedance Matching, Printed Circuit Board design, Transmission Lines, Power Amplifiers, Transmitter, Receiver, ACLR
Layout experience and chip tape-out
DV methodology
Perl, MATLAB, Cadence, HFSS (High Frequency Structure Simulation), Verilog
