Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking dynamic and hardworking engineers with a growth mindset to enable our teams and suppliers to deliver quality products. Roles in supply chain engineering at IBM will encompass product qualifications, manufacturing, environmental improvements, test, quality, field performance, and industry-wide technology improvements.

Be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for delivering technology solutions that enable IBM Hardware products to transition from the Development stage into a worldwide Manufacturing and
Fulfillment Supply Chain.
Seek out new and capable supplier partnerships to support product and business needs, driving industry best practices through technology roadmaps, leading audits, and guiding quality summits.
