The Team:
The NetSuite Cloud Operations Planning and Strategy team is responsible for helping our organization optimize the use of resources and encourage profitable growth.
What You‡ll Do:
During the internship, you will contribute to a high-impact project that has long-term benefits to a large organization. You will gain experience and invaluable skills in interacting with various levels of management, and a first-hand understanding of the employment process of a world-class corporation. Your manager will deliver training, mentoring, and resources to ensure the success of this internship.
- Understand the overall concept of the company‡s hiring process, including steps, keys players, regions, and systems.
- Identify key players in Cloud Operations.
- Assist in designing a questionnaire to efficiently gain feedback on the current process and improvement opportunities.
- Interview key players, including hiring managers, directors, VPs, recruiters, and HR reps.
- Gather, organize, and analyze feedback data.
- Recommend a database solution that best serve the team‡s hiring needs.
What You‡ll Bring:
To be considered for a Business Analyst position in the NetSuite organization, you must possess the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below. Please ensure that your application clearly indicates that you meet these OMQs, either on your resume and/or by uploading additional documents such as a transcript.
- Will be enrolled in a Bachelor‡s or Master‡s program in Business Administration or an equivalent field during the school year following the internship.
- Have no more than 12 months of professional full-time work experience in the technology field (excluding internships, research and/or teaching assistant roles, and military experience).
- Attend a university in the United States.
Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2024. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to schedule meetings effectively.
- Ability to conduct professionally.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Hiring Range: from $18.99 to $53.00 per hour; from $39,500 to $110,240 per annum.
- Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, as well as reflect Oracle‡s differing products, industries and lines of business.
- Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
