The Boeing Veteran Internship Program (VIP) has the foundation you need to jump-start your career. You will be immersed in exciting opportunities that will empower you to make decisions and develop your skills as a Finance professional. Throughout your internship, you will have the opportunity to apply your education to meaningful projects while developing skills in financial acumen, data analytics, financial modeling, and problem-solving. In addition, you‡ll explore the variety of Finance career paths at Boeing through informational interviews with our top professionals, and participate in all the development opportunities that the company has to offer. The Boeing Veteran Internship Program is very valuable to the company as it has a proven history of delivering our top Finance leaders. Finance opportunities span across all of our Business Units: Commercial Airplanes; Defense, Space and Security; Boeing Global Services; and Corporate. These positions have been identified as virtual opportunities and do not require applicants to live in close proximity to a Boeing facility. Travel may be required.
Most positions need to meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- Currently enrolled in a degree program with an anticipated graduation date between May 2024 – December 2024
- Ability to work part-time during the 2023-2024 school year
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Passion for the aerospace industry
- Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher) and community involvement
- Competencies in the following areas: Adaptability, Analytical Skills, Business Acumen,
- Communication, Decision Making, Initiative, Leadership, and Teamwork
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Finance related field (Business, Finance,
- Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Financial Planning, Statistics)
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
