Description:
As a PLCM Portfolio Management Analyst Intern on our Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) team, you will be the central analyst to compile the annual information collected from PLCM workshops conducted around the company. Reporting to the Manager of Product Lifecycle Management, and working closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Operations and Sales team members, you will receive a unique opportunity to consolidate a varied, complex and expansive portfolio of products into a concise and understandable story. By the end of your internship, you will have completed an in-depth and highly translatable analysis to be used across the business for the following year.
Responsibilities:
· Work with others to compile information provided on templates into a single, homogeneous analysis.
· Provide visualization of the upcoming products to come in and out of our portfolio.
· Create a way to communicate information to all levels of the organization, from our factory team members who need detailed information, to our CEO who needs very high level and concise information.
· Recommend and prototype process improvements so we can continually improve and automate our processes.
· Assist in change management across the organization by helping and teaching others how and why you are producing the analyses you are creating.
· Become a subject matter expert in the nuances of our portfolio so you can identify risk, opportunities for growth and simplification opportunities.

Qualifications:
· Strong communication, critical thinking, empathy, and analytical skills.
· Positive, teachable, curious, driven, a hard worker and a team player.
· Able to break a large goal down into smaller goals and show progress week to week.
· Junior or senior in a technical field (or with proven analytical experience): engineering, finance, business, or data sciences preferred. Senior graduating by May/June 2024 preferred.
