Job Title: Creative Services Intern (Remote)

Job Location: Remote

Job Description:

Develop and implement messaging and communications materials in alignment with strategic campaigns and critical business pursuits
Conceptualize, write, and work with creative teams to produce print and digital communications materials for multiple stakeholder audiences. These may include, but are not limited to, brochures and fact sheets, email and web content, advertisements, white papers, case studies, customer briefing packages, video scripts, presentations, and trade show exhibit materials
Interview subject matter experts in advanced technologies to craft finely honed messages and stories that resonate with L3Harris target audiences
Develop and maintain web content, while keeping up with and applying emerging digital tools and techniques
Support event and trade show planning, implementation, and on-site support activities as required

Qualifications:

Pursuing a Bachelor‡s degree in journalism, communications, English or related field
GPA of 3.0 or greater

Preferred Skills:

Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills
Strong journalistic interview, writing, and editing skills gained through internships, educational venues, and possibly early career experience
Working knowledge of Chicago Manual of Style and/or AP Stylebook guidelines
Ability to work independently on a wide range of projects with oversight
Theoretical knowledge of marketing communications and the various media/venues used in the profession
Portfolio of samples representative of capability (educational or work assignments) available at interview (preferred)
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% a year
