What you‡ll achieve
You will develop and apply workplace knowledge, building toward a specification in sales and marketing. Key focus areas will include sales lead distribution between partners and sales operations as well as establishing a lead tracking process through available sales tools. You will learn how OEM Solutions partners with customers and resellers to innovate and deliver unique hardware, software and services solutions
You Will:
Partner with support organizations to learn operations and sales tools including Salesforce.com
Engage with sales leaders and team members to learn selling motions and best practices
Develop organizational behavior skills and establish corporate workplace ethic
Cultivate effective communication skills and executive presence
Manage project(s) that will impact revenue growth to the business
Essential Requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Presentation skills
Desired Requirements
Marketing or sales experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
Prior experience partnering and working effectively with multiple teams across a large global organization
