You will gain invaluable knowledge of our industry, be part of our diverse and welcoming culture and receive exposure to other areas of the business, all while working on real life business projects and functions. “As a part of the Internet line of business, the Internet Products & Services – Value Segment team is responsible for turning innovative ideas into seamless, customer-centric solutions tailored for the value segment. Our diverse team collaborates with various stakeholders within the organization, including engineering, marketing, finance, digital experiences, engineering, and sales teams. We are looking for a highly motivated Product Management Intern who brings a strong work ethic and desire to learn to our dynamic team. As an intern, you will have exposure to real-world product management, including cross-functional team collaboration and end-to-end product lifecycle. You will be focused on helping to explore key opportunities for growth, creating excellent customer experiences and supporting all aspects of the business while partnering with employees and leaders from all backgrounds.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Collaboratively work with teams across the organization to develop the value internet portfolio including creating business cases, assessing technical feasibility, establishing consumer value propositions, defining business requirements, and crafting go-to-market strategies.
Think strategically and creatively to gather product and customer insights and help define the Product Vision and Strategy
Analyze and respond to the competitive landscape, ensuring Xfinity‡s product offerings remain innovative and relevant.
Translate strategic plans into product roadmaps for delivery.
Maintain a strong focus on customer-centricity throughout the product lifecycle.
Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams
Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date of December 2023, Spring 2024, December 2024, or Spring 2025.
Recommended GPA: 3.0 (candidates will be evaluated on overall skills, education, and experience)
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program

Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior internship experience is a plus.
Pay
The range for this role is $21-$23/hr. and is based on academic level of achievement and business structure.
Rising Sophomore: $21/hour
Rising Junior: $22/hour
Rising Senior: $23/hour

Base Pay: $23.00
