What You Will Do:

Our 10-week paid internship program is designed to align with your interests and skillsets, providing you with a unique opportunity to grow professionally. We want you to spend your summer doing something you love at a company you are proud to work for. Here is what you can expect as an intern:
Hands-On Marketing Experience: Dive into real-world marketing challenges and contribute to our marketing strategies. Community Engagement: Engage with communities across the nation, making a positive impact.

Internship Responsibilities Include: 

Serve as the first point of contact and point of escalation for the franchisee network, store teams, field leaders, and customers in functional areas of expertise
Support key strategic initiatives and general initiatives (prepare, coordinate, and execute deliverables to support the mobilization and adoption of project plans, proposed change initiatives, and process changes)
Provide support for special projects as they arise (provide front-line support as initiatives are released to the system)
Process improvement and report management (assist in creating efficiencies for procedures, pull reporting regularly and assess trends in issue, service levels, and franchise and team performance, and provide reporting based on requests from other areas of the business)
Qualifications: 
Currently a sophomore pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university during the internship (graduating seniors, this one’s not for you).
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management.
A curious and self-motivated nature, able to navigate through ambiguity.
A metrics-oriented mindset with analytical capabilities.
